Job location

In this 80-100% job, you have the possibility to work partially from home and choose your home base yourself.

You travel up to 30% of your working time within Switzerland.

The team

In our B2B Cyber Defence Centre we provide security detection and response services for our customers. It is important for us to have a close relationship with our customers. We clarify their needs and continuously improve our services based on their feedback. We regularly inform our customers about updates and service development outlook in a transparent manner.

The themes

Security is of utmost importance for Swisscom. We continuously develop our services. You contribute to the development of Swisscom as the best MSSP provider and you act as a trustworthy point of contact between our operational units and customer security personal. You provide our customers with an overview of the operational situation of past periods, Your are passionate about security and have a good working knowledge of technical IT and security concepts. You enjoy interacting with customers. You can confidently and clearly talk with C-level, but are also able to explain the situation in technical terms to operational customer staff.

Your professional profile

  • 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management, customer development in IT and/or security
  • Good working knowledge of security and security operations, certificates would be an advantage

  • Experience and knowledge of service management
  • Organised and a meticulous personality with a passion for technical concepts and data

  • Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management, ready to bring the team and company to the next level
