Your role

Are you an enabler? Do you have strong communication skills and are you interested in our business relationships with third party banks? We are looking for someone to strengthen our Business Management team to:

  • engage in smaller projects of the organization (data analysis, coordination and clarification with stakeholders)
  • support administrative and internal event tasks
  • run periodic controls and enhance the respective processes
  • organize reporting and manage information input for regular management and business reports
  • support stakeholder engagement, meeting organization and preparation (consolidate input, agenda, design presentations)
  • coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Business Representatives, Risk Management, Business Management, Marketing)

Our 8 to 10-week summer internships starting in July is an ideal way to gain the work experience you’ll need to launch your career. It’s also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in finance.

From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Client & Business Enablement team in Corporate & Institutional Clients International. You’ll be at the heart of the Transaction Banking and Banks client segment business where we act as the primary partner for the Head of Transaction Banking Products and the product heads of Cash, Securities and Trade & Export Finance. We offer you the opportunity to work in a very dynamic, multi-cultural and highly motivated team within a changing and challenging environment.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
  • an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
  • an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
  • a good command of Microsoft Office and are a fast learner when it comes to new IT products
  • fluent German and English
