Your role

• Support the team in managing the daily business
• Support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
• Support the Relationship Manager, the Client Advisors and the Desk Head in preparing client meetings and growth pitches
• Work closely with the Client Service Teams in Zurich, Lugano and Chiasso and with our main partners (Front Support Office, Service Line, Process & Risk Specialists) to support client advisors in administrative tasks, manage opening of client relations, accounts and products by always adhering to all relevant cross border policies

Our 6 month internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you’ll need to launch your career. It’s also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in finance.

From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Desk WM Italy International Zurich and closely collaborate with the client assistants, the client advisors, the relationship manager, the desk head and the Process & Risk Specialist. The team has an Mediterranean flair and is very passionate in delivering highest client experience to our clients. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow their wealth through strong partnership at every stage of their journey. While you will receive a deep insight in all dimensions of Wealth Management you will also play an important role in the delivery of our bespoke client services for our sophisticated clients.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

• good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• an interest in financial markets, numbers, models and products
• a structured work style, confident working autonomously
• the ability stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
• a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
• fluency in Italian and English
