Your role

Are you interested in being at the forefront of a strategic ESG regulatory implementation? Are you detail oriented, even when multitasking? Do you want to get experience in Asset Management? We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • Prepare and submit regulatory documents (e.g. SFDR template of periodic disclosure for financial products)
  • Insert fund ESG related data in various internal systems
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness and timeliness in documents and templates
  • Ensure handling requests with the highest quality and in a timely manner
  • Develop and build up relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify inconsistencies and proactively look for resolution and improvement

From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Products Europe team in Zurich. We work closely with several key functions and stakeholders, leading important projects in all stages of the product lifecycle. We also implement regulatory change(s), review and monitor the ongoing suitability and commercial viability of existing products.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

  • Good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • At least four semesters at a university, preferably with a focus on business administration, banking and finance, economics or similar
  • Previous experience or familiarity with investment funds is a plus
  • An autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
  • A good command of Microsoft Office and the ability to be a fast learner when it comes to new IT products
  • Excellent English (written and oral)
