Graduate - Deal Advisory - Transaction Services
Together with your team, advise our national and international clients on their strategic corporate transactions. In particular, support the execution of buyer and seller due diligence projects and thus provide important insights for strategic decisions.
Your contribution to KPMG
- Support clients with due diligence services in the context of acquisition or divestment processes and, together with your team, provide key insights for strategic investment decisions
- Analyze target company data with respect to key metrics such as sustainable EBITDA, net working capital and future cash flows and identify key value drivers. Use the data analytics tools of our deal tech team to do so
- Produce and present high quality and concise reports that form the basis of informed decisions for our clientele
- Continuously develop your technical know-how and soft skills “on the job” or through our versatile trainings and let experienced members of our team support you in doing so
- Take on responsibility in a challenging environment and interact with different internal and external stakeholders
This is what makes you successful
- Master’s degree in business administration or economics (ideally with specialization in accounting and finance).
- Good accounting and numerical skills as well as good analytical and solution-oriented skills
- Ideally first practical experience in financial accounting, mergers & acquisitions, financial audit or controlling
- Full professional proficiency in both German and English
- You are communicative, resilient and team-oriented
