Your role

Do you like to work and explore multiple, complex IT technologies? Are you comfortable working with Global teams? Do you have proven ability to solve complex issues, covering both technical and business needs?

We are looking for someone like that who can help us with the following key tasks:

  • provide support with data analysis via Splunk, Alteryx and other BigData tools to define actionable insides
  • provide technical support for critical IT applications in field of Incident Management, Infrastructure Management, Change Management, Service Governed and Request Fulfilment
  • have a good understanding of impact and urgency to be able to triage cases, escalate or park them depending on priority
  • have a strong Service Delivery culture with the aim to provide the best service to our clients
  • have good troubleshooting skills to juggle complex data structures involving different formats and origins
  • have a strong Design Thinking culture with the aim to provide insides from unstructured data

Our 6-12 month internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you’ll need to launch your career. It’s also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in finance.

From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Your team

You’ll be working in the high-performing team of Monitoring SRE in Zürich. You will meet a committed, quality driven and very technical team understanding various tools in the IT for IT area. The team is based in Poland, India and Switzerland.

Your expertise

You need to have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

  • excellent English (German would be a plus)
  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels - you can explain technology and workflows to non-technical audiences
  • an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
  • the ability to understand client needs and translating this into products and services
  • the ability to stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
