Lonza offers multiple career opportunities in Finance across corporate financial planning and analysis, M&A and divisional finance teams. Corporate Finance Internship provides a great entry opportunity into Lonza to get acquainted with fundamentals of financial business steering, planning and reporting processes in a dynamic environment of a pharma CDMO leader

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting our team with tax research and analysis on various Swiss and international tax matters
• Preparation of Swiss tax returns including calculation of tax payments
• Preparation of Swiss tax declarations such as stamp duty and withholding tax
• Preparation of tax rulings to the Swiss tax authorities
• Assistance with the calculation of tax provisions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for tax reporting purposes
• Maintain our DAC6 reporting obligation
• Preparation of foreign withholding tax forms

Key requirements:

• B.A. / M.A./ MBA in accounting, finance or related field
• In-depth knowledge in Swiss and international tax law
• Structured thinking and business acumen
• Ability to navigate dynamic business and corporate environment
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
