• Join our 24-month programme consisting of several modules lasting between 3-6 months which cover the entire range of advisory services from deals to consulting.

What we expect from you.

• Have an excellent masters degree from a university or ETH (all fields of study; Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar preferred).
• Have had work experience through internships and international experience.
• Have very good interpersonal skills with fluency in English and German both spoken and written.
• Be flexible, persistent and open to challenging and complex situations, and be willing to go the extra mile.
• Create value in terms of listening to the client, delivering quality ideas, showing ability to organise and execute in adverse conditions, and managing stakeholder expectations.
