Intern IQOS Customer Care

You have the following skillsexperience:

• Currently studying for your Master in Marketing, Business Administration or related area
• Good communication and interpersonal skills coupled with strong focus on Customers
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive, well-organized and systematic in dealing with assignments
• Ready to work with different functions and teams
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office programs
• Fluent in English and German or French

If you are also good with deadlines, teamwork and feedback, you are the one we want for our 6-month Internship in our local Swiss Reduced Risk Products (RRP) team. The internship will take place in our Lausanne corporate office (Philip Morris SA).

Roles & Responsibilities

You will support a new Customer Care program launches in the Swiss market. Specific accountabilities will cover:

• Report and analyze data received from call centers
• Creating and updating content for customers
• Liaising with corporate affairs and legal department
• Contribute to e-commerce projects
