Your role

Do you like having client interaction? Do you like to work in a team? We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • Assist senior members of the sales team with product campaigns and client initiatives
  • Help monitor market opportunities and support the sales teams with client queries
  • Work alongside the top FRC salespeople and traders across different markets, products and client regions
  • Learn how the sales force operates and work with the team to engage and bring on new clients
  • Support the team and management with relevant Management Information System and help prepare material for client meetings

The Foreign Exchange, Rates and Credit Sales internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you need to launch your career in Banking. From the start of the program, you’ll be right in the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day work of the team. You’ll be working in one of the top three FX houses in the world, headquartered Zurich, where you’ll learn not only the business of this division front to back, but you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Requirements

Your experience and skills
You need to have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree at a University or University of applied Sciences and have not yet completed your master’s degree in particular, you have:

  • Very good English skills
  • Adaptable to work in an competitive environment
  • Motivated and committed team player

Start date: August/September 2017
Duration: 6 months

Your Team

You will be working in the Efficient Access sales team in Zurich. We are a diverse team and our work combines Sales and Finance with a technical aspect. Our role is to engage, build relationships with clients, and have them trading with us electronically across products we cover, providing services in the most efficient way. You will not only be working with the Zurich-based team, but closely with our London team as well covering all of EMEA.
