In Risk Advisory we work closely with our clients to identify risks and opportunities, build mitigation or contingency plans and develop future strategies that directly impact their daily operations, ultimately leveraging risk to their advantage. As a member of Risk Advisory, you will be exposed to a mixture of short and longer term client engagements. The variation between projects and solutions provides great opportunities to expand your network.

Our Risk and Regulation team is part of our Deloitte Risk Advisory business and is responsible for advising our customers on how to manage technological, operational, financial and business process risks. Risk and Regulation drives concepts through to implementation within the context of regulatory requirements such as Basel III, Solvency II, SST, FinfraG, FinSa (FidLEG), MIFID II/ MIFIR and “Too Big to Fail”, to design and implementation of risk and compliance frameworks.

Your qualifications
To be the right fit for this position, you must have:

  • A Bachelor’sdegree in the field of mathematics, finance, economics, business administration or engineering. Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Previous experience with financial services institutions or consulting firms is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team with a result-driven attitude
  • Strong command of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent English skills both written and orally. Any further languages would be an advantage (particularly German)
