Your role

UBS Summer Internships are an ideal way to gain the work experience you need to successfully launch your career. During 10 weeks you will be right at the heart of the business and take part in the day-to-day operations. You will support the Divisional Recruiting - Wealth Management International-Team.

Your main activities are as follows:

• Support the Divisional Recruiting WMI team in day-to-day recruiting and sourcing tasks
• Daily recruiting administration/organization for the HR team
• Support with research mandates across regions
• Identification of qualified and experienced potential candidates by using different sourcing channels
• Co-ordination with various HR specialist functions and Shared Service Functions
• If possible participate in current and new HR Projects

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a University or University of applied sciences
• Minimum of 4 semester at a University or University of applied sciences completed
• Language skills in English and German
• Strong communication, advisory and interpersonal skills
• High client and service orientation, resilient and flexible
• Pleasure in dealing with people as well as solution-oriented, joined-up thinking

• Advanced skills in MS Office
