Your role

Do you like to take responsibility and drive a topic from A to Z? Are you a confident relationship builder? We’re looking for someone like that who can help us to:

• Develop and communicate a 3 year business aligned strategic plan and target architecture across IT and its partner functions
• Provide Portfolio reporting (i.e. health checks, forecast) to the various IT Account Managers
• Prepare stakeholder meetings (i.e. STC, PMC) in close collaboration with IT Account Managers and partners
• Take ownership of specific topics as agreed with Account Manager and interface with the business directly as part of his job
• Work with all relevant stakeholders on Business Ideas during pre-inception phase
• Take part and drive the implementation of specific topics front-to-back within the Operating Model of other functions to Account Management and vice versa
• Maintain an Account Management specific management information system
• Keep clients happy while staying in the budget and managing risks
• Interact and collaborate with innovation partners

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 24months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business. As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective. Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team
You’ll be working in the IT Account Management team, based in Zurich. Our passion is to deliver excellent service to the bank in Switzerland and to the Wealth Management business worldwide. You will collaborate in a global environment with a wide range of people across the IT organization but also other functions in and outside the firm.

Requirements

Your experience and skills
You need have a degree in Technology, Business is a plus. In particular, you have:

• the ability to take responsibility and stay focused on objectives with a can-do-attitude
• sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• excellent working skills with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)

You are:

• client service focused
• autonomous and self-driven
• proactive and reliable
• flexible, adaptable and pragmatic
• fluent in English and German
