Your role

Do you have a knack for analyzing IT business processes? Are you able to manage projects efficiently? We’re looking for someone like that who can help us to:

  • determine required IT business solutions and sound them with various stakeholders
  • conduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting end user interviews
  • identify people and systems impacted by functional requirements
  • moderate workshops with senior stakeholders

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 24months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business. As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective. Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team
You’ll be working in the Business Consultant team in Zürich. The BA Consultant team, a part of the WM&PC IT organization, works in the interface between business and IT providing services such as:

  • Coordinating cross capability initiatives in early stages
  • Elaborating Business Requirements
  • Conducting high level impact analysis and feasibility assessments

Requirements

Your experience and skills
You need to have a degree in IT or Finance or in a related field. In particular, you have:

  • sharp analytical and problem solving skills
  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • a structured work style, confident working autonomously
  • the ability stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
  • a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
  • good German and English skills (written and oral)
  • sound knowledge of MS Office suite
