What you can expect from us.

  • You will provide administrative support on various marketing projects.
  • You will support marketing team members in planning, implementing and evaluating client events.
  • You will prepare invitations, Blog, publications and website content (production of invitation, layout with EPS/graphic department, proof-reading, translation, printing and distribution).
  • You will coordinate hotel/on-site matters (offerings, bookings, F&B, technical equipment, branding, …).
  • Ad hoc activities.

What we expect from you.

  • You hold a university degree or have commercial education with further education in marketing or event management.
  • Digital Marketing skills.
  • Fluency in French and English, Good knowledge of German.
  • Flexible, good performer is stressful situations, quality oriented, team player and able to work highly independently.
  • IT skills (Word, Power Point, Excel)
