Your role

Do you have a passion for financial markets? Do you know how to work with numbers and act with clients? We are looking for someone like that to support our team. As a GTP the following points are your specific working tasks:

• Pricing and execution of Foreign Exchange/Precious Metal (FX/PM) Spot, Swaps, Forwards, Non Deliverable Forwards, Standard Options, Exotic Options and Structured products
• Advisory on FX and Precious Metals solutions and after sales service to internal and external clients
• Support sales force by writing sales papers, trading ideas, presentations and preparation of client meetings
• After sales support
• Make product recommendations to clients who seek returns or to mitigate risk by investing into FX/PM as a separate asset class.
• FX/PM Order process management (Limits, Options and Structured Products)

Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business. As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective. Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.
