Your role

Are you innovative? Are you fascinated by new online and mobile digital payments methods? Do you want to create convenient, customer oriented solutions and be a part of the team effectively influencing Swiss market? If so, then Card & Payment Solutions Team is looking for you!

What we offer:
In this role, you will be directly involved in innovative topics and projects, such as: participation in a project focusing on providing better security for e-shopping with UBS credit cards (dynamic 3-D Secure), developing a solution for UBS credit cardholders who currently do not have access to e-/m-banking, or building a new e-bills standard for the Swiss market with the innovative QR-code solutions and e-/m-banking integration.

Key activities include:

  • support projects from the business side by designing, scoping and defining of the new solution
  • closely co-operate and network with various stakeholders including: digital channels, IT, legal, compliance, marketing, external vendors, etc. in order to sound and consolidate the final solution
  • participate in preparation, coordination and tracking of project work plans, budgets, quality standards, deliverables and dependencies
  • actively take part in testing and roll out of the project (e.g.: communication, trainings, reporting)
  • investigate potentials by analyzing solutions available on the Swiss and international markets

Our Graduate Training Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with gifted professionals and gaining first-hand experience of how the business works. As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll receive an intensive education on the financial markets, UBS products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are an essential part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a fuller knowledge of the business. Beside all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know people from across UBS

Your experience and skills
You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree. In particular, you:

  • have interest in product management and business project leadership
  • will run Project Management Office, including elements such as: preparation of presentations for senior management, organization & preparation of business meetings and active participation in these meetings
  • shape of the final solution by assisting project management with the definition of project requirements, use cases and various project specific tasks
  • will network within UBS and external partners by close collaboration with key stakeholders such as MM&D, UBS IT, UBS Card Center, Legal, Compliance, external vendors and schemes
  • have good working skills with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
