We're a young ETH startup developing a novel smart-fabric with integrated sensors that can detect a damage of the fabric structure (patent pending). This fabric we use to produce smart storage bags for coat checks and storage systems. The current main applications of the Zippsafe technology is a multi-functional self-service coat check for malls and a super space efficient coat check & storage system for hospitals. We have many ideas where else we can use our technology and feel very strong market pull for the development of different products. Therefore we are looking for an intern joining the team who can support accelerating the development.

These will be your tasks:

• Conceptual design
• CAD
• Production Supervision

You're offering these qualifications:

• Degree in mechanical engineering (BSc or Msc).
• Experience with CAD programs (ideally NX).
• VERY strong motivation to work on a cool startup project!
• Enthusiasm and no 8-to-5 attitude!
