Your role

Are you looking for a challenge in the multinational environment of regulatory change management and willing to take ownership as a project manager?
Are you keen to learn a lot? Are you passionate to dig into the details, while staying on top of things?
We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • coordinate, plan and track projects.
  • work closely with our business stakeholders, including project reporting, risk and issue management, while ensuring cost control
  • support process design
  • support use-case definition, documentation and target design of new solutions
  • ensure that required decisions will be taken in time by the according decision boards
  • take responsibility of changes that will have major impact on our systems

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 24 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be working in UBS Business Solutions AG in Group COO IT in Zurich.

We act as a center of expertise and particularly take care about delivering high quality changes for our business partners across the group. In the area of Regulatory Change Management we are in charge to enhance Regulatory Transaction Reporting based on the Financial Market Infrastructure Act (FMIA - Finanzmarktinfrastruktur Gesetz, FinfraG).

Your experience and skills

You need have completed your master’s degree, preferably in information technology, economics, finance or business administration.

In particular, you have:

  • an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
  • sharp analytical and problem solving skills
  • a structured work style, confident working autonomously
  • excellent interpersonal skills (and even when under pressure)
  • a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
  • excellent German and English (written and oral)

But we’d like to also see evidence that you can:

  • analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
  • plan, organize and communicate well
  • make things happen
  • stick with a task
  • work in a team
  • come up with ideas
