Consultant/ Senior Consultant Organisational Design / Operating Model Transformation

What you can expect from us.

• You are actively involved in the expansion of a top tier consulting team in the field of organisation design and work in a dynamic international environment.
• You support in the development of creative, high-quality concepts and solutions of organisation structure and processes (e.g. restructuring, merger & acquisition, change management, cost reduction).
• You work on external customer projects (business transformation) and take responsibility on specific project deliverables.
• You deliver international organisational transformation projects going from strategy development, through design, implementation to optimisation.

What we expect from you.

• You have an excellent Master University degree (all disciplines).
• You are fluent in English (communication and facilitation skills) and either German or French.
• You have ideally first experience in management consultancy or in operating model transformations (e.g. organisation structure and processes) and you are willing to travel to work on internal projects.
• You are a strategic thinker and a structured, business analytical person with ideally first experience in business modelling.
