What Will I Do On The Sales Analyst Programme?

Man Group's sales analyst programme provides a unique opportunity to gain challenging and interesting experience within a performance-driven, global investment management business by a tailor-made career plan and individual rotations within sales and marketing, depending on the candidates background over a two-year period.

As one of our analysts, you will gain a thorough understanding of a range of financial products in addition to being given exposure to different teams, regions and clients. Having completed the programme, you will be well-placed to develop a long-term career in sales at Man Group with an expectation that you would be capable of progressing into a leadership role. Both professional studies and on-the-job training will be provided to enable you to contribute to the business. You will also have direct access to Man Group's sales leadership team, as each analyst will be mentored by a senior leader.

What Are Man Group Looking For?

We are keen to hire motivated, pro-active and team oriented candidates with strong communication skills, a positive outlook and a good understanding of the Financial markets, who have obtained/are expecting a master degree, preferably in Economics or Finance.

We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate a genuine interest in a career within finance, are interested in new technologies and innovations and eager to work in a challenging, fast paced environment, where they can show initiative and prove their analytical skill set and accurate working style. Fluency in German and English is required, additional languages are an asset.

Position will be located in greater Zurich area.
