Your role

  • Before, during and after the acquisition process
  • Define and drive the sales strategy across UHNW/GFO markets
  • Coordinate roll-out of new initiatives
  • Track, report and monitor ongoing sales initiatives
  • Observe trends, formulate and assess new product ideas, and submit corresponding proposals for new products

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.
Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Asset Servicing Wealth Management Sales team in Zurich, Switzerland. Asset Servicing provides clients with a wide range of advisory, infrastructure and investment reporting services from a single source tailored to UHNW clients, family offices, financial intermediaries and institutional clients around the world. The sales team is responsible for generating new Asset Servicing business, mostly in coordination with UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth)/GFO (Global Family Office) client advisors and/or other internal partners. We are the key link between different stakeholder groups, driving and supporting market strategies and sales initiatives.

Your experience and skills

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.
In particular, you have:

  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • sharp analytical and problem solving skills
  • an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
  • a good command of Powerpoint and are a fast learner when it comes to new IT products
  • excellent German and English (written and oral)

But we’d like to also see evidence that you can:

  • analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
  • plan, organize and communicate well
  • make things happen
  • stick with a task
  • work in a team
  • come up with ideas
