Our Private Sector Transformation team is highly multidisciplinary and focuses at operationalizing business strategies and leading major business model transformations at our international clients. Private Sector Transformation is a capability group within our Private Sector Strategy and Operations practice.

• In this entry-level position, you will be integrated into a project team from the start. You will work in partnership with the customer and - with support from experienced colleagues - on challenging problems and solutions.

Your qualifications

• A very good university degree (Master’s) and some initial practical experience in the private sector industry (manufacturing, pharma, energy etc.)
• You grasp new concepts quickly and are both customer and goal-oriented.
• You have excellent social skills and enjoy working with different people from various fields.
• You are reliable, willing to take on responsibility in a fast-paced environment and happy to work independently.
• You communicate confidently in English and at least one other Swiss national language
