What we expect from you.

• You have an excellent master’s university degree.
• You have experience in the field of Human Resources, business transformation or project management (e.g. internship, 1-2 years’ experience in internal HR role or HR Consulting)
• You are flexible and willing to travel to work on international projects.
• You are strong in analytical thinking but also have a creative mind to develop innovative solutions for our clients.
• You are talented and ambitious to support our team in business development, you bring in good communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are fluent in English (communication and facilitation skills) and either German or French.
