Your role
Are you interested in working in a dynamic environment within the Investment Bank? Do you enjoy building and maintaining relationships? Are you able to think outside the box? Then we look for someone like you to support various Global Clearing & Execution (GC&E) teams specialized in listed derivatives like:
Sales & Solutions
- Supporting Sales initiatives and running various projects independently, with focus on internal process optimisation
- Preparing Sales presentations and marketing material
- Assisting in pricing of ETD clients
- Answering client queries via phone and email
- Maintaining the sales pipeline and sales reporting
- Aiding in the organisation of client events
Business Management Support
- Analysing clients and costs
- Preparing presentations for the senior management team
- Engaging in EMEA wide Business Management projects
- Documenting and updating business processes
- Supporting audit and regulatory related tasks
Your team
We are managing all aspects of client relationships from acquisition to relationship management. Become part of a truly global Sales team and directly help us in providing service excellence to our diverse client base. You will be given much responsibility within a short time which requires you to work independently and tackle problems proactively.
Your experience and skills
You have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree and have not yet finished your master’s degree. In particular you can offer :
- Excellent English (German, French and/or Italian being a plus)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- An independent, goal-oriented, stress resistant and assertive personality
- Sharp analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills even when under pressure
- Teamworker with good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- Able to and prioritize and work-off a portfolio of several tasks
