Consolidation of information from existing projects, literature and the market to support preparation of dedicated documentation on facility improvement measures for our technical library and knowledge-sharing platform. The documentation can include technical descriptions, spreadsheets as well as summary presentations. It will incorporate, but is not limited to:
Your new responsibilities
- Requesting information and remote interaction with other country teams
- Analysing and summarising energy savings calculations, results and simulations for reference projects
- Support update/maintenance of existing tools
- Enhancing and updating existing documentation when needed
- Regular uploading and organisation of documents in our global SharePoint
Your skills and experience
- Energy engineering or electrical/mechanical engineering student specialised in energy
- MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to consolidate/summarise information and analytical skills
- Fluency in English, German beneficial
