What you can expect from us.

  • You will be working in an international environment and provide legal services as a member of the International Business Reorganizations Group (IBR) of PwC Legal Switzerland.
  • You will join a highly motivated team that supports clients in relation to a wide range of projects from relatively simple corporate law matters to highly complex and critical operations.
  • You assist the team in advising clients on corporate restructurings and reorganizations (cash planning, tax reorganizations and internal debt and equity restructurings, pre-deal separations and legal entity rationalization).
  • You will be supporting the team with the management of corporate day-to-day and annual compliance and governance of worldwide holding and operating entities.
  • You will be providing support to the team in administrative and organizational matters.

What we expect from you.

  • You have obtained a law degree from a recognized University, ideally with a focus on corporate law and tax/finance (LLM degree and/or admission to a bar/solicitors roll is a plus).
  • You have a general understanding of basic tax and finance related matters. A previous experience in a Big 4 or tier 1 law firm providing advice to a large group of legal entities in multiple jurisdictions is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross functional teams (PMO certification and high degree of interest for technologies would be a plus).
  • You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Second and third European languages are a plus.
  • You have strong communication and organizational skills and you are able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • You have the ability to adapt to a large and complex structure with varying priorities, you are a multi-task person who can prioritize and work on numerous projects simultaneously.
