Your role

Are you a multitasker and do you know how to juggle multiple tasks and projects while effectively prioritizing? We’re looking for someone like that who can:

  • develop high-quality presentations to convey key information for management audience
  • coordinate and take over parts of the business management from a wide range of tasks such as planning, analytic, administrative, logistical or quality control to ensure a smooth day to day business operation
  • support projects to successful completion (e.g. roll-out and implementation of processes)
  • facilitate and prioritize ad-hoc topics with relevant stream leads
  • support program planning, budgeting, reporting, milestones management
  • co-ordinate across team members and locations
  • maintain documentation for projects, including the tracking of actions, dependencies, issues and project deliverables

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Business Management team within Investment Platforms & Solutions (IPS). We are responsible to ensure that our offering reaches every client and delivers what they need in the simplest, quickest and most impactful way, no matter where they are in the world.

Your experience and skills

You need to have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in economics, finance or business administration.

In particular, you have:

  • a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
  • an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
  • the ability stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
  • extensive past experience with MS Office
  • excellent in German and English (written and oral)

But we’d like to also see evidence that you can:

  • analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
  • plan, organize and communicate well
  • make things happen
  • stick with a task
  • work in a team
  • come up with ideas
