Your role

Are you digital? Do you like juggling projects? We’re looking for someone like that to:

• support senior project managers within the Digital Distribution team in their daily work
• participate in optimization projects on www.ubs.com/ch including briefing of internal stakeholders/agencies and maintenance of the website
• develop concepts for new tools and conversion elements (e.g. calculators, newsletter signups, appointment requests etc.)
• coordinate and implement marketing campaigns and other promotions on our website; convey messages within e- and m-banking
• assisting in the creation and interpretation of web analytics reports with the view to identify optimization opportunities and evaluate channel performance

Internship
Our 3-6 month internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you’ll need to launch your career. It’s also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in finance.

From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Your team

Multichannel Management & Digitization drives the further development of UBS’s digital channels as well as their efficient integration into our bank’s business model and processes. Our aim is to constantly advance the digital competence of UBS and our colleagues and to act as a catalyst for evolutionary, but also revolutionary, change in our organization.

Your experience and skills

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree and have not yet completed your master’s degree.

In particular, you have:

• strong analytical skills, autonomous and structured way of working
• excellent German and English (written and oral)
• the ability to work to tight deadlines
• good communication and organizational skills
• ideally experience, to some degree, in project management
• profound MS Office Skills, in particular PowerPoint

We would like to also see evidence that you are:

• a self-starter, resourceful & dynamic
• communicative, independent and proactive personality

But we’d like to also see evidence that you can:

• analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
• plan, organize and communicate well
• make things happen
• stick with a task
• work in a team
• come up with ideas

Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or persevered and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging? Think about how things you’ve achieved match the skills we’re after.
