Junior consultant rewards - People and Organisation

Your tasks

• You will join a multicultural team that focuses primarily on advising companies on all aspects of compensation, bonuses and benefits.
• You will support our clients with attracting, motivating and retaining their people through the development of reward and HR practices.
• You will advise clients on total reward packages for local and international employees as part of the reward consulting team.
• You will analyse and research the tax and social security implications of different forms of compensation.
• You will prepare and draft documentation in relation to equity based compensation for employees and executives.
• You will provide support with respect to the administration of international assignments give support on wider reward projects and processes when required.
• You will gain work and client experience in several service areas (HR, tax, legal) and industries, and benefit from our expertise and reputation.

Your profile

• You have a bachelor or master’s degree in economics, law /tax or an equivalent degree.
• You have a 1-2 year experience in an HR department (compensation and benefits), or in a consulting firm.
• You have an excellent command of English and French, both written and verbal.
• You have very good knowledge of MS Office, and of Excel in particular.
• You are detail oriented and have a strong aptitude for figures.
