Description

The Project Director role for Organizational Performance, Health and Diversity leads the design and delivery of solutions that result in a more engaging and globally consistent experience of what it means to work in a high-performing culture. The role also focuses on driving the global execution of tools and processes that can identify gaps in our employee experience through various channels, including eNPS, Organizational Health.

Your Role

As a Project Director your responsibilities will include:

  • Evolving as well as implementing the employee feedback strategy. This includes operational responsibility for Organizational Health, employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) and any future iterations
  • Providing critical insights and consulting executives on appropriate actions that result in a more engaging and globally consistent experience of what it means to work in a high-performing culture
  • Leading the collaboration across HR, Communications and Business Segment functions to drive alignment and focus on the priority processes and practices related to the employee experience
  • Leading continuous improvement and transformation of the Organizational Health and eNPS surveys into a more holistic global feedback strategy with established company guidelines, metrics, tools and techniques
  • Ensuring timely and appropriate planning, collection, creation, distribution, storage, retrieval, management, control, monitoring and the ultimate disposal of project information to enable effective decision making and ensure successful project outcomes
  • Identifying, defining and coordinating the various project management processes and activities within the function to manage successful project outcomes
  • Providing critical insights, developing understanding, and influencing outcomes with Senior Management on critical business insights derived from the various employee feedback mechanisms, contributing factors, recommended priorities and courses of action
  • Ensuring relevant insights are fed back to HR CoEs to build informed initiatives and programs that have a positive impact on the ability to execute our Purpose, Values and Strategy

Your Skills and Experience

As a Project Director your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in Organization Effectiveness, Talent Management, and/or Employee Development
  • Proven track record in leading strategic projects (global, regional, local) that impact business performance
  • Experience in large and complex organizations
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
