In this role you will manage Zurich´s brand and Media communication to it’s various external and internal stakeholders to ensure that a strong brand and reputation and a powerful profile are maintained and further established with existing and potential clients, the public, the media, investors, employees and other specific stakeholders. The Global Head of Brand Strategy is an active partner in all facets of Zurich´s business and strategy.

Your Role

As a Global Head of Brand & Media your main responsibilities will involve:

• Developing and deploying a clear brand and Media marketing strategy, policy and messages to engage internal and external stakeholders
• Setting up and following Media KPI’s (including econometric modelling, DMP, etc.)
• Leading and developing the team brand management to drive the brand ensuring consistency and excellence
• Developing and implementing a globally consistent brand an media strategy for the line media advertising and media activities
• Being a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team
• Monitoring and controlling the spend of Brand Marketing & Communications, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency as well as synergies
• Reviewing and evaluating marketing campaigns and marketing communications to ensure the alignment with the Group’s risk/compliance policies
• Preparing budgetary plans to ensure optimal return on marketing investment
• Developing, promoting and maintaining strategic partnerships and effectively

Your Skills and Experience

As a Global Head of Brand & Media your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

• Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or Marketing
• Proven track record in Corporate Branding in a global company
• Experience working internationally and with a premium brand
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve ambitious goals
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Additional Information

Primary work location is Zurich. The travel requirement is up to 40%.
