If you have the drive to push forward a B2B Fintech startup that’s leading the invoice financing marketplace in Switzerland and Germany, joining our team will put you in a prime position to do just that.

Advanon is a rapidly growing, well-funded, FinTech startup based in Zürich, with an office in Berlin. We offer an online platform that allows SMEs to sell their open invoices directly to financial investors. By that, we help SMEs to improve their cash flow, and for investors, we provide a new, short-term, and high-yielding asset class.

Our team consists of 30 (and growing) visionary people coming from diverse backgrounds (Google, ING, ETH, HEC, HSG). Duties and Responsibilities:

• Problem solver - Think creatively to find and implement solutions for complex problems. Work closely with the IT-team to tackle high impact challenges in innovative ways.
• Self starter - Take over operational responsibilities and drive them forward independently.
• Organised - You excel at juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptive - Our company is ever-changing and ever-growing. This requires team members who are adaptable and flexible in a rapidly changing environment.

You’re offering these qualifications:

• At least two terms of BA studies completed in business, finance, or related fields
• Accurate and structured approach to financial and operational tasks
• Technical flair and IT affinity
• Fluent in English and German
• Valid working permission for the EU or Switzerland
• Professional experience in a fast-paced environment is an advantage
