- support the business risk team in maintaining the risk governance for the Capital Markets and Advisory Solutions sector
- perform independently the regular controls for the different products and activities in the sector
- critically assess any control result and judge on necessary actions
- work with people in different teams and locations to validate and implement controls
- maintain the risk reporting and support the reporting process

Your team
You’ll be working in the Business Risk Management team for Capital Markets and Advisory Solutions in Zürich/Opfikon. The team is part of the Business Risk Organization within the Investments Platforms and Solutions business area and is responsible to manage operational risk of the Capital Markets and Advisory Solutions sector. The sector is responsible to source, manage and distribute capital market products of all asset classes to the Wealth Management clientele in Switzerland and internationally.
Your experience and skills
You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree and have not yet completed your master’s degree.
In particular, you have:
- solid skills and education in financial markets or economics (and you love this stuff)
- an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels

a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
and you are: - an analytic thinker, with the ability to provide practical solutions
- reliable when working independently, with sound judgment for when to escalate issues
But we’d like to also see evidence that you can:
- analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
- plan, organize and communicate well
- make things happen
- stick with a task
- work in a team
- come up with ideas
