Dynamic Junior AP Analyst (m/f)

Your Role

• Making sure that payments are recorded and executed

• In charge of month end reconciliations of accounts payable

• Reconciliation of debtors

• Accrual and prepayment calculations

• Assisting the Accounting Team

• Generating reports with Oracle

• Documenting of changes in working processes as well as ad-hoc tasks

• Actual vs budget analysis of the costs

• Executing of weekly reconciliations of receivables and payable bank accounts

• AP review of budgets and preparation

Requirements

• Global company in the growing renewable energy sector

• Dynamic and international team

• Ideally 1-4 years' experience in accounts payables

• Working experience with Oracle is advantageous

• Strong Excel Skills including pivot tables and lookup

• Fluent in English is a must, German is a plus

• Good team player with strong soft skills

• Able to hit the ground running and integrate quickly into a new role

• Very organized and structured in his/her approach

• Ability to prioritize and focus on key tasks

• Analytical competence with the eye for details

• Detail oriented
