Procurement Contracts - Internship

Tasks

Support the Procurement Contracts Management Team in its daily activities
Draft and review low-value procurement contracts
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and corporate regulations
Support the deployment of contract management tool
Engagement in contract approval and signature process
Process, organize and ensure that all supporting documentation is contained in contract files
Conduct contract analysis and data collection
Manage contracts repository

Education

Law degree

Experience

0-2 years of working experience (previous internship / experience in Procurement or similar)

Skills

Well organized and structured in own work
High self-motivation
Excellent interpersonal skills combined with drive for self-improvement
Excellent in MS Office applications
Fluent command of English as the corporate language, any other language is a plus
