Key qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Well-organized, service oriented, focused on solving issues with a pro-active behavior Project management skills an asset Knowledge about e-Commerce, web and mobile solutions Familiarity with software development lifecycle and related technologies Understanding of Agile software development methodologies
Understanding of JIRAConfluence or other project management tools Fluent in English and French

If you are a team player, who likes to challenge the statu quo and if you are passionate about digital, you are the one we want for our 6-month Internship in our local Swiss Information Services team. The internship will take place in our Lausanne corporate office.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a student, you will contribute to various projects and operational activities in Digital and Ecommerce areas! You will support the IS team within the following activities:

Understand business concerns and needs and translate them into requirements Collaborates and follow up with core team and third parties
Manage deliverables associated with a project by prioritizing, tracking, and completing assigned tasks Test and validate the developed features during the build phase
Ensure careful handover to end users and business teams Facilitate daily business requests and dealing with support team to fix issues
