Junior Marketing Manager (m/f)

Your Role

• Implementation of brand standards and visual identity in our Direct markets

• Advice agencies and franchisees on media investments and communication strategy

• Ensure 100% compliance wirh global branding guidelines

• Deep understanding of brand positioning and how it comes to life in our communications, media, creative, merchandising and all guest touchpoints

Requirements

• Leader in food retail

• Junior Marketing Manager

• Specific experience in advertising, media buying and merchandising

• Bachelors degree in marketing, communicqations or related field and / or equivalent experience required

• Strong business acumen and a drive for results

• Advanced problem solving skills and analytical capabilities in complex situations, ability to analyze marketing data and consumer behavior data

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at higher levels internally and externally to impact significant business outcomes

• Able to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Strong presentation skills

• Fluent business English
