Junior Finance Representative 100% (m/f)

Your Role

• Activities related to fund administration and reporting

• Assisting with preparation of management accounts and budgets

• Supporting the preparation of high quality, comprehensive quarterly and yearly financial reports for both the firm and its funds

• Assisting with document preparation for auditors

• Contribute to regulatory and compliance projects including monitoring the investment process

Requirements

• A boutique investment firm focused on private equity funds

• International team and clients

• Educational background in accounting or business administration

• 1-3 years' experience in accounting/auditing, ideally with exposure to financial services

• Ability to handle a pressured work environment and meet deadlines

• Attention to detail and organised and process driven approach to work

• Fluent in English and German

• Audit, Risk management or compliance experience in a Finma regulated company a bonus
