Junior Project Assistant - 12 month contract
Your Role
Create and monitor a listof participants thatyoucantrack
Organize and coordinate meetings includingwritting and sendinghighlevel invitation letters
Prepare all the logistics for the participants (documentation, meeting places and registration information=
Handle all travel arrgangements for participants and providers
Organise hands in hands with event departement the onsite logitics (hotels and transports)
Requirements
- One year contract starting as soon as possible for a large annual congress
- Candidate with strong organisational and logistics skills
Diploma in Business Admin or international relations
Min 5 yearsofexperience in admin or international development
Excellent written skills
Ability to work well underpressure and to deliver a qualitative job
