Your role

Are you a multitasker and do you know how to juggle multiple tasks and projects while effectively prioritizing?
Do you want to be part of a team that is responsible for driving strategic priorities and managing the operational risk framework?

We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • Coordinate project management activities ranging from quick tasks to implementation of long term strategic topics (project planning, coordination, implementation, quality and cost management, escalation management)
  • Support the BRM Risk Taxonomy Responsibles
  • Ensure End-to-End task completion within Business Risk Management, in particular for analyses, controls, sampling and reporting
  • Prepare risk analyses within the relevant taxonomies / subject areas
  • Drive together with your team strategic cross-functional Change-the-Bank (CtB) initiatives
  • Support the strategic planning and budgeting process as well as financial tracking and controlling

Your team

You’ll be working in the Business Risk Management (BRM) division in Zurich. We support the front units in managing their operational risks effectively and sustainably. During your GTP in BRM, you will be joining 2 teams consecutively: Business Management and Origination Control Framework Competence Center (OCF CC).
In Business Management, you will focus on project management and directly support the Head BRM in the daily business. In OCF CC, you will specialize on certain business risk taxonomies and focus on comprehensive risk control management.

Your expertise

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.

In particular, you have:

  • a structured work style, confident working autonomously
  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • sharp analytical and problem solving skills
  • good judgment when dealing with sensitive information
  • a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in economics or business administration
  • excellent German and English (written and oral)

Start date: February 2019, or upon agreement
