Intern Change Management “Future of Work” (80-100%)
Our Human resource Team at ABB Switzerland is looking for an interested, team-oriented and open-minded intern who wants to start his/her career in an exciting environment. You will support the change management for a new office environment and help designing the future of work at ABB. The future of work is about the way we collaborate, the leadership approach we are using as well as the actual workspaces. You will be responsible for different work streams, support the change communication as well as the conceptual work on the overall approach. Tasks:
- Support the change management project lead in organizing workshops and events in order to develop a holistic concept for a new workspace
- Being in charge of specific work packages and projects
- Support the change communication as well as the community management and close communication with the future users of the workspace
- Support the conceptual work on the overall change approach, including its continuous development and refinement
- Establish an European platform to exchange best practices
Requirements:
- Graduated Bachelor’s degree or Master’s study in higher semesters
- Interest for Change Management
- First experience in Project Management would be an asset
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong in conceptual work
- Ability to work independently
