Your Role
Key responsibilities are :

travel arrangements and agenda organization

expense report management
-
office supplies management
-
filing system management and archiving
-
general administrative support to other departments
-
other various administrative duties - possibly in trading (cash collection and orders follow-up)

phone call and guests welcoming
Requirements
- You have a previous similiar or significant experience
- You are trinlingual (FR/ENG/TUR), a doer, clever and resourceful
You are available for January 2019
You are bilingual both in French and Turkish with an excellent level of English.
You have a previous experience as Administrative and/or Executive Assistant.
You are positive, versatile, a real team player, ready to adapt and support your team.
You have excellent time management and communication skills.
You are loyal with a high sense of confidentiality.
