ASAP: Junior Front Support - KYC Upgrade Project (m/w)
Your Role
- Contact clients in order to bring their documentation to required standard (KYC)
- Answer to requests from clients directly where possible
- Adverse media screening - identify potential risks
- Take part in meetings with relevant internal stakeholders (RMs, Assistants and Teamheads)
- Collaborate with Compliance to perform KYC upgrades
- Preparation and afterwork for client visits
Requirements
- Challenging and professional work environment within a Swiss Private Bank

Fast starting date - long term mission
- Relevant background in banking (ideally completed bank apprenticeship)
- Previous experience in a KYC Upgrading project would be a plus
- Good understanding of the Swiss regulatory environment and corresponding documentation standards
- Knowledge of Due Diligence requirements
- Fluent in German and English, French would be a plus
- Experience in wealth management (Risk/Compliance/client facing) would be desirable
- Teamplayer, good communication, accurate and reliable way of working

Our client is a Swiss private banks with a global reach and offices in the city centre of Zürich. We are looking for a self-starter with a good understanding of the Swiss regulatory environment and Wealth Management or Private Banking experience.
