We are looking for:

Intern: Inclusion & Diversity

Key qualifications:

• Currently studying for a degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Hospitality, Communications or Psychology
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Good social and communication skills
• Customer oriented and problem-solving mind
• Previous knowledgeexperience in Human Resources is an asset
• Fluent in English, French is an asset

If you are a self-starter, people oriented, open-minded, willing to take action, good at dealing with tight deadlines then you are the one we want to join our Inclusion & Diversity Department (Philip Morris International Management SA) in Lausanne, Switzerland.

You will be a part of the team supporting our transformation from the People and Culture perspective.

As an intern, you will:

• Brainstorm and actively contribute to I&D events and initiatives
• Build communications, administer registrations, coordination and logistics for different events and initiatives
• Build and analyze survey results and impact of events and initiatives
• Conduct research in the area of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I)
• Consolidate I&D practices and data from PMI Affiliates around the world
• Work on different activities as set forth by the D&I team
