Your role

Are you interested in working in a fast moving environment? Do you want to support us in order to make our art engagements shine? Do you feel at home in the world of social media? Can you handle a set of highly diverse tasks under pressure? We’re looking for someone like that to:

  • help us develop and implement a dynamic communications program around UBS & Art
  • support us in activating art platforms all around the world
  • connect with our internal and external stakeholders
  • monitor and run social media campaigns
  • actively participate in on-site operations of art platforms
  • support event planning, communications and logistics

Internship
Our 3-6 month internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you’ll need to launch your career. It’s also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in finance.

From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Art Sponsorship team in the heart of Zurich at Europaallee 21. We manage art partnerships and programs around the world designed to meet the firm’s business and brand objectives. We are a highly skilled, international and dynamic team who work on a global scale and across a multitude of platforms.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
  • a strong interest in art and ideally some background in the arts
  • excellent German and English (written and oral)

But we’d like to also see evidence that you can:

  • analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
  • plan, organize and communicate well
  • make things happen
  • stick with a task
  • work in a team
  • come up with ideas

Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or persevered and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging? Think about how things you’ve achieved match the skills we’re after.

Start Date: as soon as possible
Duration: 6 months
