Your role

Do you know how to juggle multiple projects effectively?
Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail?

During this internship to be done within the scope of your studies, you will assist experienced colleagues, providing support to the Business Management CEEMEA (Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa) team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated intern with strong interest in our markets, willing to:

  • gain an excellent overview of one of the fastest growing regions in Wealth Management;
  • get Senior Management exposure;
  • be fully involved in and dedicated to the daily business and the development of projects for the region

Main activities:

  • Assist the Business Management team of Wealth Management CEEMEA as an intern and work closely with the Senior Business Manager and Region Head;
  • Support the management team in the daily business, in particular reviewing financials, preparing presentations, liaising with our teams in Switzerland and international offices abroad;
  • Work on various internal projects for the region;
  • Carry out regular (e.g. notification and reporting) and/or ad hoc (e.g. conferences and events) support work;
  • Prepare documentation for senior management and management committees

Your team

You’ll be working in the Business Management Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA) team in Geneva. Within the Business Management team, we support the CEEMEA Head in handling day to day administrative tasks and in various projects by preparing presentations and analyses. You will also be supporting specific markets within CEEMA region.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

  • an educational background preferably in economics, finance or business administration
  • an autonomous, proactive, diligent and detail-oriented work style. A plus if the candidate has already experienced working with Senior Management
  • the ability to stay on track, remain focused, even when dealing with tight deadlines
  • highly flexible, able to prioritize and work on several projects at the same time
  • sharp analytical & conceptual skills - you can read and interpret financials
  • you are highly motivated and determinate to go the extra mile
