Product Sales Manager 80-100%

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Product Sales Manager to strengthen our Order Handling team. In your role you will be responsible for the complete offer-order-delivery process for spare parts of Excitation Products and Noble Parts - covering every possible aspect. This role calls for speed and flexibility as well as the ability to meet customer requirements at all times. Exciting prospects for your career - are you ready to seize them? Tasks:

  • Process global orders for spare parts, placed either by customer directly or by other ABB units
  • Coordinate incoming orders for spare parts with internal interfaces (procurement, assembly, export, accounting etc.)
  • Prepare and update price lists for spare parts
  • Draw up well-structured quotations and proposals, including costings on the basis of price lists and full-cost calculations
  • Enter and update orders in SAP, in addition to checking and reviewing customer orders
  • Manage projects up to the point of delivery and ensure high quality and flawless execution
  • Contribute on process improvements in our team

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma and professional experience of several years in a technical field
  • Further education in a commercial field is an advantage
  • At least three years of experience in sales or order execution
  • Well acquainted in SAP modules MM and SD as well as MS Office
  • Know-how about the order execution process
  • Fluent in English and German, spoken and written
  • Good communication skills, cooperative and team player, motivated and responsible
  • Capability to achieve business results, work under pressure and to demanding deadlines
