We are looking for you

To support the growth of the company we are continuously looking for talented Team Assistant for one of our Audit & Assurance team. Is business administration your kind of work? Then we’re the right company for you.

What you can expect from us

  • You process and manage invoices in SAP
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the contact system on Outlook/SMARTnet, SAP contact
  • You will finalize audit reports for restricted and regular audits
  • You will be in charge of the team inbox and outbox as well as various correspondences
  • Comprehensive secretarial support for Partners and Directors

Your qualifications

  • You speak fluently English and German (mandatory)
  • You bring a relevant experience in a similar role preferably within a Professional Services environment
  • Your knowledge of Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is good, SAP is an advantage
  • Your organizational skills are excellent and you can work independently, whilst maintaining contact with colleagues at all levels, including those working remotely
  • You work accurately and effectively and you know how to prioritize workload, whilst remaining calm and composed
  • Positive attitude, with a willingness to provide the highest level of internal and external client service as well as discretion and personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role
  • You like to work together with a team and do not hesitate to help your colleagues
