Your role

Are you a self-driven , self-motivated person interested in Asset Management processes? Then we are looking for someone like you to:

Your responsibilities:

Responsible for EC reporting on strategic program portfolio:

  • Liaise with Finance, as well as the program managers, to establish quarterly reports (progress tracking of NNM, NNRR, Revenues between actuals, 3YSP, and original business case)
    Responsible for Program Management Office of the AM Brexit Program

  • Tracking of issues, risk, program plan, dependencies, preparations of PMC and STC meetings, Financials
    Responsible for the AM Business Change Trainings

  • Establish / Maintain training material, organize training sessions

Your team

You’ll be working in the Asset Management Business Change team in Zürich. We have oversight of AM’s change portfolio and are responsible for ensuring we appropriately resource and guide AM’s business change projects, as well as further developing our project management expertise and change culture across the firm.

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

  • Independent, strong organizational skills
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Ability to deal with very senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Asset Management processes would be ideal
  • Interest in project management development and establishing strong network within Asset Management

Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or persevered and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging? Think about how things you’ve achieved match the skills we’re after.
